Sullivan Commercial Realty provides the client with thorough market research and timely response times. Sullivan will aggressively negotiate on behalf of tenant/buyer clients. We have represented numerous tenants on several major lease transactions, office building and site purchases. Sullivan will gather market intelligence and develop a strategic plan with each tenant/buyer to achieve the best possible transaction outcome: identify client needs, conduct market surveys, proposal reviews and analysis, operating expense evaluations, construction cost evaluations, conduct negotiations to conclusion. Fees are typically paid by Landlord/Seller.
